In the six years since its inception, ArchiPro has built a world-class technology platform and has established itself as an industry leader that makes it easier for companies to establish an online presence, connect with clients and generate leads.

The platform provides millions of people with a one-stop destination to find trusted professionals and products for their building project. Revenue is derived primarily from annual subscriptions paid by product suppliers and membership fees paid by industry professionals.

Founded in September 2014, ArchiPro's team of more than 60 growing to 100+ this year is headquartered in Parnell, Auckland. ArchiPro has more than doubled revenue and its paid customer base since its first capital raise in 2018 to more than 2,200 paying businesses.

Clearly identified growth opportunities exist in New Zealand, Australia and the US. ArchiPro is now raising a $3m bridging round to expand into the Australian market (~$2m) and build out the technical functionality of the platform (~$1m), before undertaking a larger capital raise with international investors in 2022.

Customers struggle to find an effective, trusted way to find professionals and products for their building projects online and companies struggle to cost-effectively promote their products and services to their customers.


Solution.

The ArchiPro platform brings businesses, professionals, and consumers together in one place, thereby reinvigorating the commerce of building and design. 

Industry participants list their products, projects, and professional services on ArchiPro, allowing users to find the products and professionals they need to design and build their projects.


Active Users.

ArchiPro’s active user base has increased significantly to over 200,000 unique users per month.


Growth Strategy & Use of Funds.

ArchiPro’s long term growth strategy is to expand globally, first in Australia, then in the US where robust market entry analysis has been undertaken to inform the opportunity available to ArchiPro in these two markets.

The nearer term growth plan that the current $3m bridging round is for sees a focus on the build out of additional platform functionality (~$1m), and a soft launch into the Australian market (~$2m).

E-commerce functionality is likely to launched in May 2021 to allow products and services to be transacted directly from business to consumer and business to business within the ArchiPro platform.

Based on current user growth rates and increasing product enquiries e-commerce represents a substantial new revenue opportunity.

ArchiPro’s global expansion plan sees it entering the Australian market in May 2021.


Funding to Date & Offer Details

ArchiPro raised $2m of new equity in 2018 following a period of strong growth delivered by the founders.

ArchiPro raised a further $5m from existing investors and new strategic investors in December 2019 to further fuel growth.

ArchiPro is seeking to raise up to $3m of bridging capital via issuance of ordinary shares ranking equally with all current shares on issue. The minimum investment is $50k. The current round is a bridging round to a larger capital raise with international investors planned for 2022.
