ArchiPro
Created to help simplify the architecture and building journey, ArchiPro’s online platform provides inspiration and information for construction, renovation and redecorating projects.
- ArchiPro raised $7m across two private wholesale offers private investors, with the largest single investment being $3.5m
- The capital raised has enabled ArchiPro to further expand their product development, and drive growth in their home market
- ArchiPro has amassed 1,800 paying clients and has experienced a 45% revenue growth in FY21
Invivo
Food & beverage
As one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing wine brands, Invivo’s two capital raises through Snowball Effect have enabled overseas expansion and product diversification.
- Raised more than $3.8m across two public capital raise offers
- Invivo has increased revenue from $3m (2015 raise) round to $20m now
- Expanded into 17 offshore markets, including the US, with export sales now accounting for 83% of their business
- The raises have enabled team expansion and continued product diversification, with an ongoing award-winning wine and gin collaboration with Graham Norton
- In 2019 they launched a new collaboration with Sarah Jessica Parker
Ossis
Health tech
New Zealand’s leading orthopaedic implant company, Ossis designs and creates 3D-printed patient-specific implants for the pelvic and spine. Using the latest technology, they have provided more than 200 life-changing implants globally.
- Ossis raised $1.5m from 32 investors
- The funds raised helped Ossis to capitalise on international growth, expand sales and marketing, and gain US regulatory approval for their AceOs pelvic implant
- Since then, Ossis has continued to grow their Australian and European market presence, and explore new product development
